Our role

We operate as a commercial finance broker and introducer. We do not provide invoice finance or lending facilities ourselves. When you apply through us, we introduce you to one or more third-party providers of invoice finance, factoring, invoice discounting, or other business funding (“Funding Partners”). Funding Partners are responsible for assessing applications, conducting any credit or identity checks, and providing any funding.

  • Sales Ledger (Aged Receivables)
  • Business Bank Statements (last 6 months)
  • Additional Supporting Documents, such as:
    • purchase orders,
    • proof of service delivery,
    • customer acceptance,
    • accounting system invoice audit trails.

These documents are collected solely for the purposes of assessing eligibility for invoice finance products, introducing you to suitable Funding Partners, and meeting applicable regulatory and fraud-prevention requirements.

In Short: Some information is collected automatically when you visit our website.

  • Approximate location data derived from IP address

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

    • understand your business and funding requirements;
    • carry out an initial assessment of suitability for invoice finance products;
    • introduce you to one or more Funding Partners; and
    • securely share relevant information with those Funding Partners so they can assess your application and provide quotes or offers.

    We may use your contact details to send you service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

  • Improve our services

    Including:

    • data analysis,
    • identifying usage trends,
    • measuring marketing effectiveness, and
    • improving our website and services.

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

We act as an independent data controller for the personal data we collect and process in order to operate our Services and make introductions. Funding Partners typically act as separate data controllers for the personal data they receive from us.
